About
Elizabeth Higgins
I’m Elizabeth Higgins, a somatic therapist specializing in body-based emotional work, trauma recovery and nervous system healing. I am a Core Energetics practitioner and work with those who want to connect more deeply with themselves. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia and graduated from the Seattle School of Body Psychotherapy, where I trained in somatic approaches that integrate body, mind, and emotion.
I believe that every emotion, every physical sensation, and every thought carries information about who we are and what we need. Through somatic work, I support people in noticing these signals, understanding them, and finding steadiness and clarity in the present moment.
I offer a space that’s relational, supportive, and non-judgmental—a place to be fully seen, felt, and heard. Whether you’re curious about personal growth, navigating life transitions, or simply want to slow down and reconnect with yourself, my approach invites you to meet your experience with awareness and care.
Elizabeth is a member of the United States Association for Body Psychotherapy (USABP), a professional organization supporting somatic and body-based healing practices.
